Who we are
RippleTV (rippletv.io) provides a self-hosted IPTV/OTT platform for service providers. For any privacy question, contact sales@rippletv.io.
What we collect on this website
- Contact form: when you submit the demo/quote form we receive the name, company, email address, subscriber count and message you provide. We use it only to respond to your inquiry and do not share it with third parties, except the form-delivery service that relays the submission to our mailbox.
- Analytics: with your consent, we use Google Analytics (one cookie, IP anonymization enabled) to understand aggregate site traffic. If you decline, no analytics cookie is set. You can change your choice by clearing this site's data in your browser.
- Language preference: your chosen interface language is stored locally in your browser (localStorage) and never sent to us.
What we do not do
- No advertising or cross-site tracking.
- No sale or sharing of personal data.
- No profiling.
Data retention
Inquiry emails are kept for as long as needed to handle the business relationship. Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics' standard retention settings.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to sales@rippletv.io.
